Position Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level Brand & Events Associate to represent client brands at promotional events and customer-facing marketing activities in Miami. This is an entry-level position focused on face-to-face brand representation and customer engagement, not event planning.
Responsibilities:
* Represent client brands at promotional events and in-person marketing activities
* Engage with customers and introduce them to featured brands and services
* Create positive and memorable customer interactions
* Answer customer questions and provide clear information
* Support customer acquisition and promotional efforts
* Help increase brand awareness through direct, face-to-face engagement
* Maintain a professional and energetic presence while representing brands
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
* No prior event or marketing experience required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable interacting with people in a face-to-face environment
* Friendly, confident, and professional personality
